How long will my order take to deliver?

Orders are typically produced and delivered within 5–7 business days from confirmed payment for Riyadh deliveries.

 

Do you deliver outside of Riyadh?

Yes. Shipping outside Riyadh is available via quotation. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm pricing and delivery options.

 

Can you custom print a different size or image?

Yes. Selected Sol Studio prints can be customised in size, frame and finish to suit your space. Contact us to discuss what you have in mind and we’ll provide options and pricing.

Can I receive a digital copy of the image I purchase?

No. All images are sold as physical prints only. Digital files are not provided or licensed for personal or commercial use.

 

Where can I see your prints in person?

We do not currently operate a permanent gallery space. However, we regularly host pop-up events and exhibitions. Follow us on Instagram to stay informed about upcoming opportunities to view and purchase our prints in person.

 

Who are the photographers?

Sol Studio curates images from a range of talented photographers from around the world. Each image is carefully selected for its quality, sense of place, and ability to reflect the spirit of Saudi Arabia.

Can you print my own photograph?

Yes. Our Personal Print Concierge service transforms your own photographs into beautifully crafted artwork. We’ll review your image and guide you through sizing, materials, framing and finishes, then manage printing, quality assurance and delivery.

Will my photograph be suitable for printing?

We review every supplied image before production to ensure it will print clearly at your chosen size. Where appropriate, we can also enhance image size and resolution. If we have any concerns about the quality of the finished print, we’ll let you know before proceeding.

 

Can you edit or retouch my photograph?

Yes. Photo editing, retouching and clean-up are available where required and will be quoted separately.

 

How do Personal Prints work?

Simply submit your image through our Personal Prints enquiry form and tell us what you have in mind. We’ll review it and respond within 24 hours with our recommendations, options and pricing.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Sol Studio eGift Cards are available online and can be sent directly to the recipient’s email address, allowing them to choose their own Sol Studio print or put the value towards a Personal Print.

 

How are gift cards delivered?

Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase. You can choose to send the Gift Card directly to the recipient, making it an easy option for gifting from anywhere.
