Sol Studio respects your privacy. Any personal information collected through this website is used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell, rent, or release your personal information to third parties, except where required to fulfil your order or comply with legal obligations.

Payments

We currently accept payment via STC Pay and Cash on Delivery.

For Cash on Delivery orders, full payment must be available at the time of delivery. If payment is not presented as agreed, Sol Studio reserves the right to refuse release of the product.

Made to Order

All Sol Studio products are made to order. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

 

Image Licensing & Intellectual Property

All images sold by Sol Studio are reproduced under an enhanced commercial licence purchased through third-party stock image platforms. This licence permits Sol Studio to reproduce images as physical wall art prints.

Purchasing a Sol Studio print does not grant ownership, copyright, or reproduction rights of the image in digital or any other form.

 

Returns & Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide clear photographs of the damage. Once assessed, we will arrange for the damaged item to be collected and replaced.

 

Care & Maintenance

To maintain the quality and longevity of your print, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight and placing your artwork on a wall with minimal light exposure. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may result in fading over time.

 

Partnerships & Sponsorships

Any partners or studios sponsored by Sol Studio are not involved in the operations, production, or fulfilment of Sol Studio products unless explicitly stated.

 

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in producing and delivering your artwork, Sol Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
