Privacy

Sol Studio respects your privacy. Any personal information collected through this website is used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell, rent, or release your personal information to third parties, except where required to fulfil your order or comply with legal obligations.

Payments

We currently accept payment via STC Pay and Cash on Delivery.

For Cash on Delivery orders, full payment must be available at the time of delivery. If payment is not presented as agreed, Sol Studio reserves the right to refuse release of the product.

Made to Order

All Sol Studio products are made to order. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

 

Image Licensing & Intellectual Property

All images within Sol Studio's curated collections are reproduced under appropriate commercial licences or agreements with the relevant photographer or rights holder. These arrangements permit Sol Studio to reproduce the images as physical wall art prints.

 

Returns & Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide clear photographs of the damage. Once assessed, we will arrange for the damaged item to be collected and replaced.

 

Care & Maintenance

To maintain the quality and longevity of your print, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight and placing your artwork on a wall with minimal light exposure. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may result in fading over time.

 

Personal Prints

For Personal Print orders, customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to reproduce any images supplied to Sol Studio. By submitting an image, you confirm that you own the image or have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce it.

Sol Studio will review supplied images and advise on suitability for printing. While we may enhance image size, resolution, colour or clarity where appropriate, the final print quality remains dependent on the quality of the original image supplied. We will advise you before production if we believe an image may not achieve the desired result.

Custom editing, retouching or restoration may incur an additional fee and will be quoted prior to commencement.

Once the final size, finish, framing and price have been approved and production has commenced, Personal Print orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or exchanged except where the finished product is damaged or defective.

Gift Cards

Sol Studio Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase and may be redeemed against eligible products and services available through Sol Studio.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged, refunded or replaced if lost, deleted or sent to an incorrect email address supplied by the purchaser. Where the value of an order exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.

Any expiry date or additional conditions applicable to a Gift Card will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

 

Partnerships & Sponsorships

Any partners or studios sponsored by Sol Studio are not involved in the operations, production, or fulfilment of Sol Studio products unless explicitly stated.

 

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in producing and delivering your artwork, Sol Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

Updates to Terms

Sol Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Sol Studio x Inside Saudi Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

The Sol Studio x Inside Saudi Giveaway is open to residents of Saudi Arabia aged 18 years or over. No purchase is necessary to enter.

 

Prize
One winner will receive a SAR 1,000 Sol Studio e-gift card, redeemable toward any Sol Studio curated print, including customisation, or toward Sol Studio's Personal Print service.

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It must be redeemed within this period and any unused value after the expiry date will be forfeited.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be resold. If the total order value exceeds SAR 1,000, the winner may pay the difference. If an order is less than SAR 1,000, any remaining balance may be used toward a future eligible purchase during the 12-month validity period.

 

Delivery
Sol Studio's standard delivery terms apply. Delivery within Riyadh is complimentary on orders valued at SAR 600 or more. Additional delivery charges may apply outside Riyadh and will be advised prior to ordering.

 

Entry & winner selection
Entries must comply with the entry requirements stated on the official Instagram giveaway post. Entries received after the stated closing time will not be eligible.

The giveaway closes on 22 September 2026 11:59pm Saudi Arabia time. One eligible winner will be selected at random on 23 September 2026, subject to applicable Saudi Arabian competition requirements.

The winner will be announced via the original Instagram post and contacted by direct message from @sol_studio_prints on the same day.

The winner must respond within [48 hours] of being contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not respond within this period, another eligible winner may be selected.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Sol Studio and Inside Saudi involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Sol Studio reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the selected winner and to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
