At Sol Studio, each piece is printed and finished to order with care. For this reason, we ask that you review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
Change of Mind
As all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the damage and packaging. Once assessed, we will arrange for the item to be collected and replaced at no additional cost.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available unless an item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty upon arrival.

Condition of Returns
Approved returns must be unused and, where applicable, returned in their original packaging. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
